Job summary

LeoForce in Acton, MA is seeking a mid level Residential Superintendent/Supervisor to own the field side of projects and work with the Project Manager. You will walk active job sites, plan daily tasks, coordinate trades, and address issues to keep projects moving.

The role requires strong residential construction knowledge, quality workmanship, and proactive communication with trade partners and the project team. Relocation is not offered; local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Mid Level experience as a residential superintendent/supervisor.
• Ability to walk onto an active job site and plan daily/weekly tasks.
• Strong understanding of residential construction and quality workmanship.
• Proactive, organized and professional with strong communication with trades and project team.

About the Job

The ideal candidate is an experienced residential Superintendent/Supervisor who is comfortable taking ownership of the field side of a project while working closely with a Project Manager. This person should be able to walk onto an active job site, understand what needs to happen that day and in the weeks ahead, coordinate the appropriate trades, recognize potential construction issues, and take action to keep the project moving. A strong understanding of residential construction and a genuine appreciation for quality workmanship are essential. The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, professional, and comfortable communicating with both trade partners and the project team. Candidates should currently be established in the Greater Boston area. Relocation candidates will not be considered.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $75,000–$110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
