Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking a Project Specialist to support Nordstrom Made vendor onboarding, lifecycle management, and robust data reporting for the Responsible Sourcing team and beyond.

You will handle large data sets, ensure data integrity, and assist with cross-functional priorities to drive value and mitigate risk while contributing to strategic supplier relations and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in apparel, footwear, accessories supply chain/manufacturing preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to gather data to report status and inform decisions.
• Ability to quickly learn new applications as needed.
• Clear, effective written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supports the approval process and onboarding of new suppliers.
• Supports the vendor lifecycle and record maintenance of Nordstrom Made’s supply base.
• Supports regulatory and legal reporting to minimize risk and ensure due diligence.
• Supports collection, maintenance, and synthesis of large data sets.
• Manages the onboarding vendor pipeline to meet milestones.
• Supports vendor communication and outreach to suppliers.
• Supports cross-functional priorities to exceed objectives.
• Handles ad hoc reporting for Nordstrom Made vendor Matrix.
• Maintains detail orientation and strategic mindset when reviewing large data sets.

A day in the life…

• Supports the approval process and onboarding of new suppliers
• Supports the vendor lifecycle and record maintenance of Nordstrom Made’s supply base
• Supports all regulatory and legal requirements and reporting, maintaining practices to minimize risk to Nordstrom and exercise due diligence
• Supports the collection, maintenance, and synthesis of large data sets
• Manages the onboarding vendor pipeline to meet dated milestones
• Supports vendor communication, newsletter outreach, supplier site and general guidance
• Supports cross functional and corporate department priorities, goals, and strategies to exceed company and division objectives
• Supports ad hoc reporting needs related to Nordstrom Made vendor Matrix
• Detail Oriented and strategically minded support and review of large data sets

• A Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Related experience in apparel, footwear, accessories supply chain/Manufacturing

Pay Range Details

California: $52,200 - $104,400 annually, Colorado: $52,200 - $83,500 annually, Connecticut: $52,200 - $96,000 annually, Delaware: $52,200 - $83,500 annually, Hawaii: $52,200 - $83,500 annually, Illinois: $52,200 - $83,500 annually, Maine: $52,200 - $83,500 annually, Maryland: $52,200 - $96,000 annually, Massachusetts: $52,200 - $96,000 annually, Minnesota: $52,200 - $83,500 annually, Nevada: $52,200 - $83,500 annually, New Jersey: $52,200 - $96,000 annually, New York: $65,200 - $104,400, Rhode Island: $52,200 - $83,500 annually, Virginia: $52,200 - $96,000 annually, Washington: $52,200- $96,000 annually, Washington DC: $60,500 - $96,000 annually
