Job summary

Avera is seeking a Project Specialist to coordinate multiple projects, plan resources, and standardize policies for productivity and efficiency. You will manage tasks, timelines, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful outcomes.

Expect to work in a multidisciplinary team, deliver clear progress reports, and uphold safety and quality standards while supporting leadership in project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
• 1-3 years Project Management related experience.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of an assigned project, including concurrent projects, with milestones and deliverables.
• Track, record, and report project performance indicators to leadership.
• Provide excellent customer service to help end users navigate proper processes.
• Maintain high patient and staff safety through strong organizational skills.
• Support projects with minutes, meetings, and documentation.
