Responsibilities

  • Write up and process job tickets based on estimates, quotes, PO, art and instructions provided by Accounts Specialist and/or Sales Executive.
  • Maintain up-to-date status of all current jobs and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Monitor scheduling and communicate delays or problems to production personnel.
  • Escalate problems to Sales Executive and Account Specialist as needed.
  • Facilitate communications between departments to meet customer deadlines.
  • Build and support reporting tools used by finance and leadership to drive action.

Job Purpose:

National Compensation per hour: $26.84 $30.63 $34.07

Our Project Specialist works with Sales, Production, and Account Specialists to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a relationship-driven and detail-oriented professional who can ensure projects are completed accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a collaborative team player to support projects and achieve actionable goals.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Write up and process job tickets based on estimates, quotes, PO, art and special instructions provided by Accounts Specialist and/or Sales Executive. Maintains an updated ERP doc to match.
  • Maintain up-to-date status of all current jobs, regularly communicates with Account Specialist to field customer inquiries on demand and without delay
  • Responsible to monitor scheduling for, and problem solve or communicate any delays or problems to production personnel.
  • Escalate any job problems and changes to Sales Executive, Account Specialist and/or customer, including but not limited to, specifications, art, schedules and applications, when appropriate.
  • Facilitate communications between departments to meet customer deadlines.
  • Responsible for building and supporting reporting tools used by finance and business leaders to drive action and support initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
  • Call huddles as needed to facilitate communication with Production and perform kit checks.
  • Enter shipping information into Monarch manually, via Excel spreadsheet for import, or IX database.
  • Send customer tracking information, packing slips, BOL, etc., after job has shipped.
  • Experience working with customers and Sales.
  • Project Specialist experience a plus.
  • Quality focus, problem solving, phone/email, resolving conflict, and multi-tasking skills a plus.
  • Knowledge of print terminology a plus.

*Other tasks and duties may be assigned at your supervisor’s discretion.

Work Experience:
  • 1-3 years of related job experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Education:
  • High School Diploma/GED
Working Conditions:

This job operates in an office environment. However, frequent trips to the production floor and other buildings are expected.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
