Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects and data across estimating, operations, and accounting.
• Ability to track contracts, documents, and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up new projects with accurate company system data.
• Transfer bid information from HCSS to project systems.
• Maintain project master data including budgets and cost codes.
• Prepare and issue contracts, change orders, and vendor agreements.
• Generate routine project reports for managers and help with cost reviews.
