Fairchild Communication Systems, Inc., a state leader in systems integration, is looking for a Full‑time Project/Service Coordinator to join our innovative team at our South Bend location. The Project/Service Coordinator manages communication and oversees project and service call completion. This role coordinates with the Project team to schedule and deliver assignments, ensuring project profitability and handling all phases from initiation to closeout—including material procurement, scheduling, coordination, invoicing, and contract fulfillment. The position requires someone self‑motivated and accountable for achieving optimal results.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee procurement and delivery of materials, supplies, and services; work with Project Managers to ensure technicians have all needed resources on job sites.
