Reliable Home Improvement in Naperville, IL is seeking a Project Selection Coordinator to guide clients through all selections for high-end residential remodels. You will coordinate plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, countertops, flooring and related components, and handle change orders to keep projects on track.

You will manage the showroom, keep product displays up to date, and support customers using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

Strong background in plumbing fixtures, kitchen & bath cabinetry, hard surface countertops, flooring and related components.
Ability to guide homeowners through selections, explain options, and manage change orders.
Experience coordinating showroom displays and staying up-to-date with product lines and pricing.

Responsibilities

Reliable Home Improvement is a family-owned and operated company that has been in business since 1967. We specialize in high-end residential remodeling projects, including room additions, kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, and basement conversions. As a Project Selection Coordinator, a successful candidate must have a strong background in the following: Plumbing Fixtures Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry Hard Surface Countertops Floor Coverings, etc. You will be responsible for working hand and hand with the customer's to help them pick out all the elements of their project.

Handle any change order work that correlates with selections made. Guiding the homeowner through all selections and make them feel at ease. NO ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN IS DONE WITH THIS POSITION - IT IS SELECTIONS ONLY. Along with that you will be responsible for managing the showroom to make sure all products are up to date at all times. Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint. We offer a great work environment & full benefits. Looking to form a long-term employment relationship.
