MBDA S.A.S. is seeking a Project Officer to support delivery of complex manufacturing projects. The role sits in a dynamic team and involves cross-programme work with responsibilities spanning cost, schedule and quality control.

The successful candidate will monitor projects, prepare reports, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to drive improvements while upholding governance and risk management practices. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering fixed-cost programmes in matrix organisations.
• Experience in engineering or production environments.
• Ability to monitor, control projects and provide reports.
• Strong attention to detail for cost, schedule and quality.
• Experience compiling bids and estimates with design/engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Support fixed cost programmes within a matrix organisation.
• Monitor and report project performance to senior management.
• Identify risks and opportunities in cost, schedule and quality data.
• Assist in compilation of bids and estimates with design/engineering teams.
• Construct and maintain project plans with Primavera or MS Project.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation.
