Job summary

ACCESS Group in Arkansas seeks a dedicated internship coach to support interns through rotations and into competitive employment. You will provide job coaching, coordinate with instructors, families, and employers, and ensure accurate documentation and safety.

You will analyze tasks, tailor supports, and offer travel training as needed, while collaborating with host businesses and partners to promote successful internships and ongoing follow-along services after placement.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or adults with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to documentation, privacy, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide job coaching and supports for interns at host worksite rotations or competitive job.
• Communicate effectively with Project SEARCH Instructor, other coaches, employers, coworkers, families and agency personnel.
• Perform job analysis, task analysis and job matching activities.
• Coordinate transportation and travel training for interns as needed.
• Maintain paperwork accurately and meet deadlines and protect interns' privacy and safety.
