Job summary

Access-Grou in Little Rock is seeking a dedicated coordinator to provide training and support for interns during rotations and job placements.

You will deliver individualized coaching, coordinate with instructors and host sites, conduct job analysis, and ensure smooth transitions from training to employment.

Strong communication, organization and flexibility are essential to help interns succeed and keep families and employers satisfied, with occasional travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized intern support and job coaching.
• Coordinate with Project SEARCH instructors and host businesses.
• Perform job analysis, task analysis, and job matching.
• Execute steps of the job coaching plan with interns and related parties.
• Train interns in grooming, hygiene, communication, interviewing and behavior for employment.
• Provide travel training to job sites if necessary.
• Maintain necessary paperwork and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with families, host sites, and program partners to address training issues.
