Job summary

Slifco Electric, a premier electrical contractor in Missouri, seeks a Project Scheduler to join our project management team in New Florence. This full‑time role focuses on planning and scheduling high‑visibility projects, requiring advanced Primavera P6 skills and independent CPM execution.

You will build and maintain CPM schedules, coordinate with PMs, superintendents and GC partners, analyze progress, and produce clear narratives and client reports. Relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

• Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency required.
• 3+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Ability to independently own a project schedule and present logic in client meetings.
• Strong understanding of CPM vs Longest Path and critical path scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and update CPM schedules in Primavera P6 with clean logic and proper WBS.
• Develop schedules reflecting field-driven sequencing for MEP and heavy industrial scopes.
• Independently manage portions of project schedules in GC-driven environments.
• Run schedule analytics: LPath, float, and variance vs baseline.
• Support resource loading and manpower forecasting as needed.
• Prepare monthly schedule narratives, summaries, and client-facing reports.
