ACCIONA is seeking a Scheduler Manager to lead planning and control of schedules across multiple project segments for the SR400 Express Lanes Project in Atlanta. You will drive integrated schedules spanning design, procurement, permitting, and construction to support on-time milestones.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management, 10+ years in project scheduling, and strong Primavera P6 expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
• 10+ years of experience in project scheduling.
• 5+ years in large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated schedules across design, procurement, permitting, and construction
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and commercial teams
• Define sequencing, critical paths, and key interfaces
• Track progress, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions
• Support resource planning (labor, equipment, materials)
• Identify and mitigate schedule risks
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and best practices

Job description

The SR400 Express Lanes Project is a $4.6B infrastructure initiative led by ACCIONA and Flatiron Dragados that will add 16 miles of express lanes in Atlanta, improving mobility along a key corridor. The project includes BRT stations, bridge upgrades, and a workforce of 500+, with construction starting in 2025 and completion expected in 2031.

The Role

We are looking for a Scheduler Manager to lead the planning and control of schedules across multiple project segments.

This role is key to ensuring alignment with overall timelines, proactively managing risks, and driving on-time delivery of milestones on a complex, large-scale infrastructure project.

• Develop and maintain integrated schedules across design, procurement, permitting, and construction
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and commercial teams
