Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group in the Pacific Northwest seeks experienced Project Schedulers to develop, maintain, and analyze schedules and related cost data for utility projects.

You will partner with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, and Controls teams, using Primavera P6 and Unifier to drive accurate planning, identify risks, and keep programs on track in a hybrid remote/on-site role in Seattle/Portland areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years using Primavera P6 and Unifier to manage schedules and budgets.
• Experience in utility, construction, or energy sectors preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for utility distribution and infrastructure projects using Primavera P6, ensuring milestones align.
• Collaborate across teams to validate schedule accuracy and align with strategic goals.
• Perform critical path analysis, resource loading, and forecasting to identify risks.
• Monitor progress, flag delays, and develop recovery plans.
• Support change control processes and assess schedule impact of scope changes.
• Ensure compliance with client scheduling standards and reporting protocols.

We are seeking experienced Project Schedulers thatplays a key role in various projects within electric utilities by developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules and related cost data. This position partners closely with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, and Controls teams to ensure accurate planning, effective coordination, and efficient project execution.

This is a hybrid remote & onsite role that will require support at project sites in Seattle and Portland metropolitan areas as well as visits to the client office

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed schedulesfor utility distribution and infrastructure projects usingPrimavera P6, ensuring alignment with key milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate across teams—including project management, engineering, construction, and program leadership to validate schedule accuracy and drive alignment with strategic goals.
• Perform critical path analysis, resource loading, and forecastingto proactively identify risks and optimize timelines.
• Monitor project progress, flag potential delays, and lead the development of recovery plans to keep projects on track.
• Support change control processes, assess schedule impacts from scope changes, and ensure compliance with client-specific scheduling standards and reporting protocols.
• Bachelor's degree required or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience using Primavera P6 and Unifier is required to manage schedules, budgets, and workflows with precision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within construction, energy, utilities, engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical), consulting or related space.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• This position pays between $90,000 and $110,000 annually and is an exempt position.
• Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
