Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking experienced Project Schedulers who develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules and related cost data for utility distribution and infrastructure projects. This role partners closely with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, and Controls teams to ensure accurate planning and effective coordination.

This hybrid role requires support at project sites in the Seattle and Portland metropolitan areas and visits to the client office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience with Primavera P6 and Unifier.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for utility projects using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate across teams to validate schedule accuracy and alignment with goals.

• Monitor progress, flag delays, and lead recovery plan development.
• Support change control and assess schedule impacts from scope changes.

We are seeking experienced Project Schedulers that plays a key role in various projects within electric utilities by developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules and related cost data. This position partners closely with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, and Controls teams to ensure accurate planning, effective coordination, and efficient project execution.

This is a hybrid remote & onsite role that will require support at project sites in Seattle and Portland metropolitan areas as well as visits to the client office

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for utility distribution and infrastructure projects using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with key milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate across teams—including project management, engineering, construction, and program leadership—to validate schedule accuracy and drive alignment with strategic goals.
• Perform critical path analysis, resource loading, and forecasting to proactively identify risks and optimize timelines.
• Monitor project progress, flag potential delays, and lead the development of recovery plans to keep projects on track.
• Support change control processes, assess schedule impacts from scope changes, and ensure compliance with client-specific scheduling standards and reporting protocols.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience using Primavera P6 and Unifier is required to manage schedules, budgets, and workflows with precision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within construction, energy, utilities, engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical), consulting or related space.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel-VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Benefits & Salary

• This position pays between $90,000 and $110,000 annually and is an exempt position.
• Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
• Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
• May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
