Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services seeks a Project Scheduler II E&C in Juno Beach, FL to create and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. You will work with engineering and construction teams on wind, solar, storage, transmission, and related projects, reporting to the onsite manager.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of scheduling experience (or 4+ years in project management with schedule tracking). Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, construction, business management, or related field.
• 3+ years scheduling experience preferred; or 4+ years PM experience with tracking against baselines.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to gather scope, logistics, and constraints.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare monthly reports comparing baseline schedule to progress, including CPM, resource loading, cost loading, and recovery plans.
• Be a key member of the scheduler/planner group supporting innovative technologies across project life cycle.
• Develop accurate schedules and coordinate multidisciplinary meetings, reporting to management.

About the Role

Project Scheduler II E&C – responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating project schedules using Primavera P6. Work with the Engineering and Construction team to support the development, engineering, and construction of energy technologies, including wind, solar, storage, transmission, and other projects. Report to the onsite manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Creation, maintenance, and progress of project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Preparation of monthly reports comparing baseline schedule to progress including critical path method, resource loading, cost loading, manpower, submittals, and projections of impacts and recovery plans.
• Key member of the project scheduler/planner group supporting innovative technologies across various teams throughout the project life cycle.
• Development of effective and accurate schedules, coordination of multidisciplinary meetings, and reporting to management on an impressive portfolio of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of scheduling experience desired; alternatively 4+ years of project management experience with tracking project plans against schedule baselines and performing ad‑hoc analyses.
• Team player able to interact with all project participants to gather scope, logistics, and constraints.

Benefits

• Base salary range: $37.00/hr to $42.00/hr (dependent on experience, qualifications, and skills).
