Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Project Scheduler to coordinate timelines and resources across cross-functional teams. You will align project milestones with client expectations and organizational goals, using data to anticipate risks and drive timely decisions.

This role supports continuous improvement by documenting schedule constraints and sharing lessons learned to improve future planning. A Bachelor's in engineering or related field and 2–4 years of scheduling experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• 2-4 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains detailed project schedules informed by precedents, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and deadlines.
• Monitors progress against established timelines, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays or resource constraints.
• Coordinates with internal and external partners to gather input, resolve standard and varied scheduling conflicts, and optimize resource utilization.
• Communicates schedule updates and changes to relevant stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
• Documents general schedule changes and maintains accurate records to support project tracking and reporting.
• Assists in integrating leading practices and lessons learned to improve future scheduling processes.
