Job summary

IREN is seeking a Project Scheduler in Fort Worth, TX to own the integrated CPM schedule for data center and hyperscale infrastructure programs. You will coordinate inputs from construction, engineering, and commissioning teams, ensuring the schedule reflects field progress and contractor look-aheads.

Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, you’ll drive risk analysis, schedule integrity, and timely reporting across West Texas and Oklahoma programs, supporting a renewable-powered data center

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years of project scheduling experience on large-scale capital construction projects.
• AACE PSP, PMI-SP, or Primavera P6 certification (or active pursuit).
• Expert-level Primavera P6; MS Project knowledge. Familiarity with schedule review and enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated CPM schedule in Primavera P6 — design, procurement, construction, MEP, and commissioning — updated weekly with field progress.
• Run weekly critical path and float analysis; identify risks and prepare mitigation narratives.
• Process change requests, TIAs, and recovery schedules; maintain baseline with documentation and reports.
• Perform schedule risk assessments including Monte Carlo analysis and what-if scenarios.
• Serve as single point of contact for subcontractor and vendor schedule submissions; enforce contract requirements.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance report packages — earned schedule metrics and risk registers.
• Maintain long-lead equipment and procurement log; flag delivery risks to the sequence.
• Support EVM inputs and permit milestone tracking; facilitate lessons at phase gates.
