Coakley & Williams Construction, LLC is hiring a Project Scheduler (Commercial Construction) to join our team in Bethesda, MD. The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, managing, and analyzing construction project schedules across preconstruction and active project phases. This role partners with project teams, preconstruction, and clients to ensure accurate timelines, identify risks, and support successful project delivery.
In accordance with the Maryland Wage Transparency Law, the base salary range for this position is: $95,000-$130,000 yr.
