Job summary

Qualifications

• No experience required with a qualified Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• With a High School Diploma, a minimum of 2 years’ qualified experience.
• Qualified degrees must be in a related field from an accredited university or college.

Responsibilities

• Define activities, durations, work sequences, and milestones for scope of work plans.
• Ensure all scope and deliverables are accounted for.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera or SmartSheet.
• Organize and assist during schedule review meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure clear meeting minutes and action items.
• Engage team to create schedules and provide schedule analysis updates.
• Communicate schedule status to stakeholders.
• Understand and follow AEP PM standards.
• Adhere to PM Governance Committee guidance.
