Executive Summary: HRUCKUS is seeking to hire a Project Scheduler II for a dynamic opportunity supporting the C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI), which delivers enterprise support to more than 110 active Air Force, Air National Guard (ANG), and Air Force Reserve installations and bases. This position is based at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford, MA.

Position Responsibilities:

• The individual shall be able to plan, build, coordinate, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• The individual shall communicate and coordinate IMS activities among the functional disciplines within the PMO.
• The individual shall provide IMS technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams, etc.).
• The individual shall ensure integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition processes and collaborate and incorporate key schedule requirements to ensure mission success.
• The individual shall support requirements development, plan preparation, and assess the ability to achieve results.
• The individual shall communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to the customer, the project team, and management.
• The individual shall take corrective actions as necessary to achieve the end result.
• The individual shall have an advanced understanding of scheduling tools, including Microsoft Office Project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience, 3 of which must be within the DoD
• Ability to assimilate information quickly, communicate effectively, and remain organized to monitor progress toward the accomplishment of various taskings and initiatives
• Work proactively, with minimal supervision, and effectively communicate orally and in writing, providing quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.)
• Experience planning, building, and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Proficiency with scheduling tools, especially Microsoft Project
• Ability to develop and communicate IMS products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams)
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to track progress and implement corrective actions
• Ability to coordinate across functional teams and support requirements development and planning
