Job summary

IronMountain Solutions, Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Project Scheduler to support the Redstone Arsenal Utility Helicopter Program Office. The role requires coordinating multi-disciplinary IPTs and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule to drive on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include developing and updating schedules, analyzing interdependencies, and performing critical path risk assessments. The ideal candidate has extensive MS Project experience and familiarity with Army project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 15 years of scheduling experience.
• Experience of Army project integration, contracting and fielding.
• Ability to analyze project critical path drivers.
• Effective project scheduling for multi-disciplined Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
• MS Project experience required, Primavera experience is desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Product Office life-cycle program plan is executable.
• Develop, update, integrate, and maintain all project schedules milestones from the Development and Modernization office into a single Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Analyze and track project interdependencies within the Product Office.
• Plan, update, and track contract schedules. This may include Systems Engineering reviews, PoPs and contract awards.
• Perform continual critical path risk assessments and alert IPT member and Product Office Management of schedule conflicts and issues.
• Work with the Production and Fielding office to Develop and integrate Modification Work Order (MWO) fielding schedules.
• Prepare information for presentations, training materials, and white papers.
• Participate in Integrated Baseline Reviews for the Dev/Mod product office.

Job Responsibilities

Ensure Product Office life-cycle program plan is executable.

Develop, update, integrate, and maintain all project schedules milestones from the Development and Modernization office into a single Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

Analyze and track project interdependencies within the Product Office.

Plan, update, and track contract schedules. This may include Systems Engineering reviews, PoPs and contract awards.

Education and General experience

A strong work ethic, ability to work effectively with others and a healthy desire to acquire new skills are paramount in this position. Candidate should also have the following:
