Job summary

Puffer-Sweiven LP is seeking a Project Sales Specialist to drive reliability solutions for process industries in the Stafford, TX area. This full-time, on-site role focuses on developing technical and commercial bids, coordinating cross-functional teams, and guiding projects from kickoff to closeout.

The position requires 3-5 years in project management, inside sales, or related automation sectors, with a degree in Engineering or related field and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of industrial systems and customer requirements.

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer site walkdowns and scope definition activities.
• Work with Account Managers to develop technical and commercial quotations.
• Review customer specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
• Develop project scopes of work, labor estimates, material requirements, and execution plans.
• Identify project risks and opportunities during the proposal phase.
• Manage assigned projects from award through completion.
• Coordinate project activities among customers, technicians, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
