Role Description

This is an on‑site, full‑time role located in Lubbock, TX, for a Project Safety Manager. The Project Safety Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and enforcement of safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Key responsibilities include conducting safety training, performing job site inspections, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, investigating incidents, and tracking safety performance metrics. The position also involves collaborating with project teams to develop risk assessments and implement corrective actions to mitigate potential hazards.

Qualifications

• Experience in workplace safety procedures, OSHA standards, and incident investigation
• Knowledge of risk assessments, hazard identification, and the development of corrective action plans
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to work effectively with project teams
• Proficiency in preparing reports, safety documentation, and presentations
