Job summary

LeChase is seeking a Safety Manager to oversee project-level safety, training, and documentation. The role focuses on developing and implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and coordinating emergency response planning to sustain a culture of safety excellence.

You will lead incident investigations, manage OSHA compliance, and collaborate with project teams to deliver site-specific EH&S programs, training, and reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• OSHA 500-hour certification preferred.
• OSHA 30 training required.
• 5+ years of construction safety experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Safety and Industrial Hygiene operations in the area of responsibility.
• Oversee section budget, goals and performance.
• Develop and implement Environmental, Health & Safety policies and standards.
• Lead safety training and employee orientations.
• Conduct incident investigations and manage Workers' Compensation caseload.
• Develop site-specific safety programs and EH&S procedures.
• Inspect workplaces and ensure compliance with laws and LeChase standards.
• Provide safety reports and metrics to management.
