The role involves overseeing shop activities, consulting on safety plans, and managing construction health and safety procedures across projects, with a focus on contractor coordination and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-10 years' manufacturing safety experience with formal qualifications in construction health and safety management.
• Extensive experience in contractor communications, liaising with design teams, and other project professionals.
• Advanced experience working on data center or mission critical builds.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• 1910 General Industry
• 3 to 5 years working directly in the manufacturing, fab shop industry
• OSHA 30 minimum, 511 or 501, BCSP a plus
• Soft Skills – must be able to communicate well, speak with subcontractors, speak with owner clients, corporate culture is relaxed and fast paced
