Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager II to own quality on capital projects from owner/EPC side. You write the project quality plan, set surveillance and audit programs, qualify vendors and inspection subs, and report quality performance to project leadership.

You will lead contractor and supplier quality requirements, review QC plans and ITPs, manage nonconformance and corrective actions, and deliver timely metrics to the owner’s quality organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years quality on construction or industrial capital projects.
• ISO 9001 lead or internal auditor certification.
• Experience with owner-side quality programs in industrial, energy, infrastructure, or federal work.
• Able to write quality requirements that contractors can actually execute and enforce.

Responsibilities

• Write the project quality plan and contractor/supplier quality requirements.
• Plan and lead surveillance and audits of contractors and suppliers.
• Qualify vendors and inspection agencies; review QC plans and ITPs.
• Own nonconformance, corrective-action, and lessons-learned processes.
• Report quality metrics and risks to project leadership and owner's quality organization.
