Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager II to own the quality program on capital projects from the owner's side, including writing the project quality plan and fixing quality outcomes through surveillance, audits, and vendor qualification.

You will manage nonconformance, corrective actions, and lessons learned, reporting metrics to project leadership and the owner's quality organization. Travel to sites as required and ensure turnover readiness.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in quality on construction or industrial capital projects.
• 2+ years leading a project quality program; strong governance experience.
• Experience with owner-side quality programs in industrial, energy, infrastructure, or federal work.

Responsibilities

• Write the project quality plan and the contractor and supplier quality requirements that flow from it.
• Plan and lead surveillance and audits of contractors and suppliers; qualify vendors and inspection agencies.
• Own the project nonconformance, corrective-action, and lessons-learned processes; report quality metrics.
• Support turnover with a complete quality record as required by the project.
