Schaeffler is a global technology company seeking a Project Quality Engineer to support the Project Manager in quality-related and safety aspects across quote, development, and launch phases.

You will develop prototype control plans, lead gate checks, and ensure PPAP readiness while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements in the PDP and project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional experience, 3+ years in automotive quality.
• Experience in Quality Management and/or Project Management as a project team member.

Responsabilités

• Create prototype control plans and release prototype builds to meet PDP milestones.
• Conduct Gates checks and ensure documentation, tests, and requirements are fulfilled for defined maturity levels.
• Review customer quote documents for PPAP and quality KPI compliance.
• Develop and maintain the Project Quality Plan integrated with the PDP.
• Support PPAP documentation submission and customer APQP maintenance.
