Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a senior QCx leader to head the integrated Quality and Commissioning function on a major EPC project. You will define strategy, establish the QCx organization, governance, plans, resources, schedules and performance reporting to ensure alignment with contractual requirements and stakeholder expectations.

The role is site-based during execution and interfaces with project leadership, the client and key stakeholders to drive handover readiness and system completion across

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality and commissioning within EPC lifecycles.
• Ability to govern QCx strategy, organization and governance.
• Strong reporting with KPIs, risk controls and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Quality Lead and Project Commissioning Lead, ensuring adequate resources, competencies, independence and coordinated execution.
• Integrate quality, systems completion and Levels 1–5 commissioning activities into project planning, procurement, construction and turnover.
• Approve and oversee QCx plans, procedures, documentation, readiness gates, audits, KPIs, risk controls and corrective actions.
• Provide project leadership and the Director of Quality and Commissioning Management – USA with objective performance, risk and handover-readiness reporting.

Leads the integrated Quality and Commissioning (QCx) function for the project and is accountable for defining, implementing and overseeing the quality and commissioning strategy throughout the EPC lifecycle and commissioning Levels 1–5. The role establishes the project QCx organization, governance, plans, resources, schedules, controls and performance reporting, ensuring that construction quality, system completion, commissioning and handover are aligned with contractual requirements, Owner/Tenant expectations and corporate standards. The position is site-based during execution and acts as the principal QCx interface with project leadership, the client and key stakeholders.
