Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture and at least five (5) years of experience as a facility design engineer or construction project manager; or at least five (5) years of DoD or Department of War project-programming experience, including development of programming documentation such as DD Form 1391s.
• Experience applying engineering principles, analytical techniques, project procedures, and milestone requirements.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

• Develop parametric cost estimates using Government-approved estimating tools and account for local market conditions, project constraints, and restricted-area requirements.
• Support project review boards, planning meetings, project prioritization, and annual infrastructure planning activities.
• Maintain accurate project records and data in Government project-management and planning systems.
