EPITEC in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an experienced Project / Program Manager to lead complex manufacturing and customer-focused initiatives from order receipt through design, production, testing, delivery, and final acceptance.

This onsite, 12-month contract role requires strong cross-functional leadership, excellent communication, and a track record in planning, budgeting, risk management, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project management tools.

We are seeking an experienced Project / Program Manager to lead complex manufacturing and customer-focused projects from order receipt through design, production, testing, delivery, and final customer acceptance. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and has a strong background managing projects involving engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or other project management certification.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial equipment, construction, power systems, or engineered-to-order environments.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects and large capital equipment programs.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Typical hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Flexible start times available based on business needs
