Job summary

NEURA Robotics in Germany is offering an internship within the Product Development Team. You will support cross-functional activities across mechanical, electrical, and software development, and assist in preparing meetings and documentation through the full product lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Ongoing studies in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable technical degree.
  • Strong mechatronic understanding; you think in systems, not in silos.
  • Structured and independent way of working with a quick grasp of new topics.
  • Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for questioning and improving processes.
  • Hands-on mentality: proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks that may be new to you.
  • Very good German and English language skills (C1), both written and spoken.
  • Valid Category B driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Support Product and Project Management in day-to-day operations across the entire development process and product lifecycle
  • Preparing and following up on meeting notes, deriving clear action items and work packages
  • Contributing to the development and industrialization of products – from the concept phase through to series production readiness
  • Supporting the adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the development process
  • Optimizing processes and tools to continuously increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Preparing, structuring, and documenting complex technical and process-related topics
  • Collaborating closely and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams across mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, software development, procurement, and production
  • Taking ownership of smaller projects independently and developing own concepts and solutions

Your Mission & Challenges
