Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Project Practitioner to support delivery of projects typically up to $5M, focusing on PS and distributor initiatives. You will aid in developing project management fundamentals, stakeholder engagement, risk and change management under guidance.

You will support project execution across phases, maintain plans and budgets, and ensure timely, quality outcomes while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement within teams.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage small, straightforward projects through full lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to project management standards and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate project activities across teams and document key decisions.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders.
