Base pay range

$99,000.00/yr - $148,500.00/yr

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Demonstrate expertise in budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting cycles, including variance and trend analysis
  • Support program planning and establish contract baseline budgets while maintaining financial records for audits
  • Analyze project funding requirements and maintain accurate funding status for internal and external customers
  • Oversee subcontractor expenditures and analyze cost trends for accurate financial reporting
  • Develop training materials and mentor junior analysts while supporting process improvement initiatives

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in project planning and control
  • Proficiency in Deltek accounting software (CostPoint, COGNOS/Business Intelligence)
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex problems independently
  • Previous experience with Cobra is a plus
  • Secret Clearance is a plus but not required
