Job Duties:

1. Prepare and maintain project schedule using Primavera P6.
2. Interface with client representatives to communicate and receive schedule updates.
3. Assist with weekly and monthly progress reports.
4. Analyze project specifications and workload data to determine resource requirements.
5. Plan and schedule workflow according to established guidelines, sequences, and lead times.
6. Confer with project managers and engineers on project status.
7. Integrate subcontractor schedules into the master schedule.
8. Provide timely and accurate schedule updates.
9. Perform resource loading and analysis into schedules using Primavera.
10. Establish and maintain professional relationships with project staff.
11. Develop baseline schedules and manage overall CPM schedule development.
12. Monitor and maintain schedule quality files.
13. Assist in schedule updates and fragmentation as needed.
14. Provide insights on critical path activities and potential issues.
15. Support project managers in creating short-term schedules and impact analysis.
16. Assist with delay claim impacts and recovery schedules.

Qualifications/Skills:

• 5 to 10 years of project scheduling experience.
• Proficient in Primavera P6.
• Experience with resource loading and mechanical construction.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with experience managing construction schedules.
• Ability to work under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
