Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and update CPM schedules using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software.
  • Support baseline schedule development, schedule updates, progress reporting, and forecast analysis.
  • Review contractor schedules for logic, sequencing, constraints, milestones, and contract compliance.

  • Apply earned value concepts, including PV, EV, AC, SPI, CPI, SV, CV, EAC, and ETC, to support project performance reporting and forecasting.
  • Support schedule-cost integration by correlating progress quantities, labor hours, productivity trends, resource curves, and cash flow projections with schedule performance.
  • Assist with cost control activities, including budget tracking, commitment tracking, change order support, cost variance review, and forecast-at-completion analysis.
  • Support cost estimating efforts by providing schedule input for construction sequencing, durations, labor/resource assumptions, escalation considerations, indirect costs, and time-related cost impacts.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, estimators, cost engineers, and client stakeholders.
  • Prepare schedule narratives, dashboards, executive summaries, variance explanations, and client-ready reports.
  • Support project controls activities related to budget tracking, change management, risk, progress reporting, and integrated cost/schedule performance.
