Job description

About the Role

We are looking for a high-ownership, execution-focused Project Operations Associate to work directly with the founder and drive day-to-day execution across multiple fast-moving projects. This is not an administrative role. You will be responsible for owning execution, keeping work on track, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who has handled real operational complexity and is ready to take on greater ownership.

What You’ll Do
  • Own execution across multiple active projects, including timelines, priorities, and follow-through
  • Coordinate across internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure progress
  • Track deliverables, identify risks early, and take action to keep work on schedule
  • Proactively follow up and drive tasks to completion without needing direction
  • Manage operational workflows, documentation, and reporting across projects
  • Handle outreach, coordination, and event/logistics execution as needed
  • Solve problems independently and make decisions to unblock progress
  • Work directly with the founder to prioritize, execute, and improve processes
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or execution-focused roles
  • Proven experience handling multiple priorities or projects with competing deadlines
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, clients, or external partners
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage complexity and prioritize effectively
  • High ownership mindset — takes responsibility and drives outcomes without being asked
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Demonstrated ability to follow up persistently and drive work to completion across multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with tools used for tracking work, reporting, and coordination (e.g., Excel, CRM, or similar systems)
Role Fit

This role is best suited for candidates who have previously handled real execution responsibility (not just support tasks), take initiative and drive work forward without waiting for direction, are comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with changing priorities, and prefer hands-on execution and problem-solving over purely administrative work.

Why Join Us
  • Work directly with the founder on high-impact initiatives
  • Take ownership of execution across meaningful projects
  • Fast learning environment with significant growth potential
  • Opportunity to grow into a Project Manager role based on performance
Location Requirement

This role is onsite in Dublin, CA, with occasional travel within the United States (typically 5–10%, up to 20% as needed).

Compensation

$75,000 base salary plus performance bonus (typically $5,000–$10,000 based on execution and outcomes).

We are looking for doers — people who get things done.
