Job summary

STV Incorporated in New York City is seeking a Project Officer Associate to support the PM/CM team on school construction projects across the city. You will review permit documents, assist applicants with filing, and help ensure regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with Plan Examiners and city agencies, perform research on building statuses, and handle related duties to help projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• A 4-year degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfort with digital documentation and permit systems.
