Ennoble Care is seeking a friendly, dependable Project & Office Coordinator to support our expansion in a new market. This fully onsite, five-day-per-week role may begin in a temporary local office as we establish operations.
You will manage projects, draft communications, update trackers, and coordinate with multiple departments, vendors, and visitors. The position requires independent work, strong written skills, and reliable onsite presence.

We'relooking for a friendly, dependable, tech-savvy, and self-motivated Project & Office Coordinator to support Ennoble Care as weestablishoperations in a new market.
This is a fully onsite, five-day-per-week role, and forapproximately thefirst six months, you may be the primary Ennoble Care employee working from our temporary local office. Whileyou'llhave plenty of support from colleagues and leaders across the organization, you should be comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and staying productive with limited onsite supervision.
You'llreceive projects and assignments from across Ennoble Care. Some assignments may be interesting and challenging. Others will be routine administrative work that simply needs togetdone.No task is "too small" in this role.
While you may initially be the only Ennoble Care employeeregularly workingfrom the office, you will also be our local representative.That meanswe'relooking for someone who is naturally friendly,welcoming, professional, and comfortable talking to people.If a government representative, regulator, healthcare professional, community partner, or other visitor walks through the door, you should feel comfortable greeting them, learning what they need, and speaking confidently about Ennoble Care atan appropriate level.
Strong writing skills are important in this position.You may be asked to draft emails, prepare summaries, document a process, communicate project updates, or turn a conversation into a clear written document.We'relooking for someone who can write clearly and professionally and who pays attention to grammar, spelling, tone, and accuracy.
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
