Job summary

TC Energy is seeking an office-based Material Coordinator to enable end-to-end material coordination for US Projects - West. You will work with Project Managers, Project Engineering, Controls, and Supply Chain teams to ensure materials are identified, requisitioned, and delivered on time to support project timelines.

The role requires BOM review, SAP requisitioning, and active expediting support across engineering, purchasing, and logistics functions.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating materials for large-scale projects in oil & gas, pipeline, or power industries.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and competing priorities.
• Experience reviewing technical drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM).

Responsibilities

• Incorporate material lead time estimates from SC and schedule orders to meet project timelines.
• Review drawings and BOM with Project Engineer to identify materials to be supplied by TC, its Fabricators, or its Construction Contractor.
• Create SAP purchase requisitions (or reservations) based on BOMs and update Material Status Reports.
• Coordinate expediting and logistics to ensure delivery on a predetermined schedule.
• Enter Goods Receipts in SAP and identify surplus materials for inventory or retrieval.
