Job summary

Jabil in Grantsville, UT is seeking a Project Manufacturing Engineer to plan, design, implement, and manage integrated production and service delivery systems. This role focuses on profitability, adaptability, and continuous improvement across life cycles, leading complex projects to eliminate waste and optimize processes.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive standardization of SAP and MES configurations, and support quotes and new product introductions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering or similar field.
8+ years of experience leading technical engineering teams and cross-functional programs.
Manufacturing process development experience with large form assembly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects to eliminate waste using Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering methods.
Verify time standards and report key engineering metrics for assigned area.
Drive standardization of SAP and Manufacturing Execution System configurations.
Assist in preparing quotes for proposed projects and support NPI activities.
Mentor engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams across the site.
Ensure processes meet customer and regulatory requirements; improve quality and throughput.
