A well-established commercial glazing contractor is looking to strengthen its Project Management team in Houston with experienced professionals across multiple levels of Project Management.

The company works on commercial glazing projects throughout Texas and into Oklahoma, with project values ranging from approximately $100K to several million dollars. Project Managers will primarily be based in Houston, with projects extending across Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Lubbock, Brownsville and other areas.

Positions Available

For candidates capable of independently managing smaller and more straightforward commercial glazing projects.

Typical project size - Up to approximately $500K

• Manage commercial glazing projects from award through completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, field teams, vendors and clients
• Review drawings, specifications and project requirements
• Track schedules, costs and deliverables
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and documentation
• Maintain communication with customers and internal teams
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably

For experienced Project Managers capable of handling larger and more complex commercial glazing projects.

Typical project size - Up to approximately $750K

• Take full ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project stakeholders and field operations
• Coordinate procurement, fabrication, delivery and installation

• Work closely with estimating, operations and field management
