Opportunity Overview:

Ryder Supply Chain Technology Team is seeking a highly capable and driven Project Manager to join our growing, transformation-focused delivery team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to grow into a senior leadership path.

The role is primarily a Project Manager position—owning planning, delivery, and coordination of Supply Chain Technology Solution Implementations, mainly Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations. There is potential to evolve into a Solution Leader role—owning not just execution but also the design and direction of the overall Technology Solution.

We’re looking for someone with strong project management credentials who also understands the warehouse and IT solution space well enough to take on broader leadership responsibilities when needed.

Abilities

• Experience managing projects within Supply Chain/Distribution Management
• Leading WMS implementation projects with Tier 1 WMS (e.g., Manhattan SCALE)
• Experience with Project Management tools such as ADO, ServiceNow, MS Project
• Strong financial management skills for projects and budgets
• Excellent communication skills, able to work across technical and non-technical teams, adapting communication style for executives and teams
• Executive presence, attention to detail, risk, change, and security management
• Proactive leadership with initiative and strong ownership

Plusses (not Required)

• Experience with Manhattan Scale WMS
• PMP or similar certifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or 8+ years relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years of related Project Management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt
