Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC is seeking an HR transformation and project management professional to lead multi-stakeholder initiatives across talent management and recruiting processes. You will coordinate HR technology implementations involving Oracle, Workday, and SuccessFactors, and develop comprehensive process documentation and user journeys to optimize systems.

• 5+ years in HR transformation and/or project management.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Understanding of Talent Management and Recruiting processes, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project coordination tools (Smartsheet, MS Project).
• Experience coordinating HR technology implementations (Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, ATS/CRM).
• Experience developing and maintaining process documentation, workflows, and user journey maps to support system design and optimization.
• Ability to manage change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive updates and user-facing materials.
