Job summary

ADB Companies Inc is seeking a Project Manager to execute end-to-end project ownership and effectively manage project lifecycles. The role requires leading Supervisors and Construction Managers to satisfy customer expectations on nationwide projects.

The candidate will be deadline-driven, accountable, and drive to deliver results with an ALL IN mindset and a strong emphasis on safety, wellness, and learning.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of technical field experience and/or project management experience required.
• 2-3+ years of leadership experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel nationwide is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning through project closeout.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and operational strategies.
• Coordinate all phases of construction activities to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and coordination.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage customer expectations related to schedule, scope, quality, and deliverables.
• Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and issue resolutions to customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accountability for overall project financial performance, including WIP, margins, and cash flow.
• Develop, track, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between field operations, engineering, customers, and support teams
• Provide leadership and direction to Construction Managers, Supervisors, Field Inspectors, and field teams; responsible for people management, production, performance, quality, training, etc.
• Drives team KPI’s to contribute to the overall department and team scorecard success
• Upholds ADB’s safety culture, leads by example, and drives a philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organization
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed

• This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, copiers, and cell phones

• When on project sites, will berequiredto wear common PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hart hat, and safety-toed boots

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• 3-5+ years of technical field experienceand/or project management experiencerequired

This position pays between $80,000 and $165,000 base and is based on the candidate's skillset and experience.
