Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for our wind energy market. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget.

The role offers collaboration across stakeholders, mentorship to junior staff, and exposure to cutting-edge renewables projects. Applicants should have a technical or business degree, 2–6 years PM experience, and CAPM or related certification.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or project management field.
• CAPM or related certification is preferred or required.
• 2-6 years of experience as a project coordinator/developer or similar role; wind energy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple wind energy projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and deliver high-quality results.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Coordinate project activities with service leads and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement project plans; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Track health, manage change orders, and ensure timely invoicing and collections.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex and/or multi-service projects. You will ensure the successful completion of projects within scope, schedule, and budget, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and delivering high-quality results. In addition, you will provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and collaborate with service leads to coordinate project activities.

• Take full accountability for multiple wind energy projects.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop and implement project plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
• Oversee project work and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Track project health and take corrective action when necessary.
• Manage uncertainty and change, such as scope creep and change orders.
• Ensure timely invoicing and accounts receivable collection.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or project management related field
• 2-6 years of experience in a project coordinator, project developer, or similar role
• Professional licensure in a technical field, CAPM, or related certification
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Salary range for this role is $85,000 - $125,000
