Pape-Dawson Engineers, located in Fort Worth, TX, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects for diverse clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field from ABET-accredited program.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience managing water and wastewater projects from conception through completion.
  • Knowledge of design and construction for waterlines, storage tanks, pump stations, and wastewater facilities.

  • Lead and mentor project teams in the preparation of engineering designs, reports, calculations, permitting documents, and presentations.
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and client agreements.
  • Develop responses to RFQs, solicitations, and bond applications for utility district and public sector clients.
  • Attend client, municipal, and board meetings to present project progress and provide technical expertise.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, public agencies, and community leaders.
  • Support the technical and professional development of team members.
  • Contribute to company-wide design standards, QA/QC processes, and best practices.

Overview
