Job summary

Reeves Young in Greenville, SC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from start to finish, coordinating budgets, schedules, and safety across our teams and subcontractors. You will mentor Assistant Project Managers, review contract scopes, manage costs, and build strong relationships with clients and partners to deliver quality projects on time.

You will monitor financial status, manage risk, and ensure compliance with building codes while leveraging Procore,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction industry experience.
• Ability to monitor project finances including subcontract status, vendor status, labor/payroll, tools, equipment and overhead.
• Ability to lead or be part of a team and develop strong business plans.
• Proficiency with listed project-management software: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore/Project Sight, P6 Primavera, MS Project, Viewpoint, Viewpoint Field Work Center, HCSS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What Can You Expect

What You Bring to the Table

• At least five years of experience within the Construction Industry
• Must be able to monitor and understand the overall financial status throughout the duration of a project including: subcontract status, vendor status, labor/payroll, small tools, construction equipment, forming materials and systems, miscellaneous materials and project overhead.
• Ability to both manage and be part of a team
• Ability to develop strong business plans
• Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrate willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore/Project Sight, P6 Primavera, MS Project, Viewpoint, Viewpoint Field Work Center, and HCSS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
