Water / Wastewater Utilities Project Manager (PE) – Houston, TX

Halff has an opening for a Water / Wastewater Civil Engineer with a Texas PE License to join our Water / Wastewater Utilities team as Project Manager in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of project management experience in large diameter pipeline design within Water / Wastewater projects. What you will do:
  1. Support the preparation of scopes of work and budgets.
  2. Conduct studies, prepare reports, and read/develop construction plans and specifications.
  3. Manage and collaborate with multi-discipline teams and subconsultants.
  4. Coordinate project deliverables, manage budgets and schedules, and resolve issues.
  5. Ensure quality assurance and control to meet or exceed client expectations and standards.
  6. Support construction administration and lead or assist with permitting efforts.
What you will need:
  1. Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an ABET-accredited equivalent (preferably Civil or Environmental Engineering).
  2. At least 3 years of project management experience in large diameter pipeline design in Water/Wastewater.
  3. Professional Engineer License (PE) in Texas.
  4. Experience with water/wastewater treatment, pump/lift stations, and water storage is desirable but not required.
  5. Proficiency in conducting studies, preparing reports, and reading/developing construction plans and specifications.
  6. Experience in managing project deliverables, budgets, schedules, and resolving issues.
