Project Manager Virtual Assistant (Strategic Operations Support) hourly

The Northleon Company—a modern, multi-sector holding company overseeing ventures in investment, healthcare, media, and real estate—is looking for a reliable, organized, and highly proactive Project Manager / Virtual Assistant to join our foundational team.

You will act as the operational right hand to the executive office, ensuring projects, communications, schedules, and systems are running smoothly across multiple entities. This role blends traditional executive support with high-level project coordination and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

You’ll help turn ideas into action, keep initiatives on track, and ensure that our time, energy, and attention are focused on what matters most.

What are the job requirements?

  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, task dependencies, and deliverables are clearly tracked and executed.
  • Act as liaison between leadership, external contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and accountability.
  • Handle executive-level administrative support including inbox / schedule management, task prioritization, and travel coordination.
  • Maintain and optimize internal tools and dashboards (e.g., Notion, ClickUp, Airtable) for tracking project and business workflows.
  • Conduct light research, document creation (e.g., SOPs, executive summaries), and support digital infrastructure rollouts.

Must-Have

  • Strong command of English (written and verbal)
  • Experience managing projects via tools like ClickUp, Notion, Trello, or Monday.com
  • Calendar management, email handling, and general executive support
  • Strong organization, critical thinking, and follow-through
  • Ability to take broad instructions and self-direct
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Slack integrations)
  • Comfort interacting with technical team members (data engineers, IT)
  • Understanding of startups, holding companies, or multi-entity business structures

Experience

Intermediate (2–5+ years in executive support and / or project management roles)

English (required – fluent, written and spoken)

Part-time Contract (20–30 hours / week, potential for long-term engagement)

6–$12 / hour USD (depending on experience and capabilities)
