You will act as the operational right hand to the executive office, ensuring projects, communications, schedules, and systems are running smoothly across multiple entities. This role blends traditional executive support with high-level project coordination and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
You’ll help turn ideas into action, keep initiatives on track, and ensure that our time, energy, and attention are focused on what matters most.

Experience
Intermediate (2–5+ years in executive support and / or project management roles)
English (required – fluent, written and spoken)
Part-time Contract (20–30 hours / week, potential for long-term engagement)
